Die Aufgaben
  • Oversee the annual compensation processes, including merit reviews, bonus cycles, salary surveys, salary range management, and benefits renewals, in close collaboration with global and regional HR stakeholders
  • Oversee regional workflows for compensation reviews and approvals, ensuring consistency and efficiency 
  • Represent the regions in the Global Benefits Management process, contributing to the execution of global benefits strategies 
  • Oversee C&B support for location-specific labor strategies, including deep dives into compensation structures and market competitiveness 
  • Provide regional support for M&A activities, including divestitures, acquisitions, and harmonization projects, in partnership with global teams and external advisors 
  • Support preparation for a regional strategy for compliance with the EU Pay Directive and broader pay equity initiatives across Europe

Ihr Profil
  • Industry background in automotive or manufacturing preferred, but not essential 
  • Experience leading a team, negotiation and communication skills 
  • Extensive international exposure with several years of expatriate experience; working for an American multinational company would be an advantage 
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office), experience using Workday an advantage, but not essential
