VP Global HR Processes (m/f/d) - designing and delivering best employee experience

As part of the HR Senior Leadership Team, you are responsible for designing and delivering best-in-class HR processes. You will ensure excellent employee experience from hire to retire with harmonized global HR processes across business units and regions.

• Global responsibility for HR processes along the employee lifecycle, from an employee experience and business strategy perspective
• Design and Management of end-to-end HR processes (hire to retire), ensuring a strong foundation as well as constant improvements
• Steering and aligning HR processes with other HR/ Business stakeholders to ensure consistency and strenghten an OneHR approach
• Initiating continuous process improvement and maximizing the harmonization of processes across regions and business units
• Ensuring that HR processes meet local and global regulations

Ihr Profil

• Proven track record of designing, delivering and optimizing end-to-end HR processes in a large international group HR structure
• Broad and deep knowledge of all HR business areas, their processes as well as core technology systems
• Strong process design and improvement skills, including project management and change management expertise
• Strategic and people-oriented thinking with a focus on maximizing process efficiency and employee experience
• Strong ability to communicate across functions, units and regions as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking and business acumen
